The Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) said in a statement yesterday that a poll by the University of Macau’s Faculty of Social Sciences which aims to understand residents’ views on public services starts today.

The statement pointed out that the findings of the poll will be a reference for the government when drafting policies.

There are two ways to collect residents’ views – one is asking respondents to answer questionnaires and the other is to interview respondents, the statement said, adding that the poll was slated to end on September 6 and 3,000 residents were expected to take part.
