A man in his twenties who was caught driving in the wrong direction on Friendship Bridge on Sunday while high on drugs has been ordered to report to the authorities every 15 days, pending the outcome of further investigations, a statement from the Public Prosecutions Office (MP) said yesterday.
According to the statement, the suspect has been released on his own recognisance but needs to report to the authorities every 15 days.
The statement said the man was suspected of the consumption of illegal drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as driving under the influence.
