The first Macau store of the US fast-food chain FIVE GUYS will be opened by exclusive franchisee Forward Fashion (International) Holdings Company Limited at Venetian Macao in Cotai in the first quarter of next year, according to a statement released by the resort operator yesterday on behalf of the company.
The burger-and-fries restaurant chain has over 1,770 eateries worldwide, the statement noted, adding that it was labelled by YAHOO as “The Best Burger You’ve Ever Eaten in Your Life”.
Its offerings include freshly made burgers, hand-crafted and peanut oil-cooked fries and hand-spun milkshakes, according to the statement, which underlined that its menu does not provide fixed combos to enable mixing and matching meals, with “over 250,000” combos.
The first local store will also maintain the fast-food chain’s classic style, the statement said. Moreover, its opening will align with its commitment “to be the freshest and highest quality of all, with strict process management and guaranteed optimal storage and manufacturing of all ingredients”, according to the statement.
Forward Fashion’s Executive Director Cyrus Fong Yat Ming was quoted in the statement as saying that the first store’s opening will “surely diversify and strengthen Macau’s ‘Creative City of Gastronomy’ development and provide locals and tourists with a brand new and special dining experience and destination.”
