Six signature restaurants at Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau have again earned Platinum and Diamond awards on Trip.com Gourmet’s 2022 “Global Elite Restaurant List”, the resort operator said in a statement last week.
Trip.com Gourmet, the statement said, is a dining hub hosted on the mainland’s leading one-stop platform. The list was launched in 2016 to give Chinese travellers “easy-to-access food and restaurant recommendations”, the statement noted. It covers 66 cities across the nation, including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
The statement added that the five categories used to evaluate restaurants to assist travellers in choosing their dining destinations are Black Diamond, Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver.
Wing Lei Palace at Wynn Palace in Cotai was the recipient of the Diamond award. Meanwhile, the following restaurants received Platinum awards: Sichuan Moon and SW Steakhouse in Wynn Palace; and Mizumi, Wing Lei and Golden Flower at Wynn Macau, according to the statement.
The statement added that the honours are “a testament to Wynn’s continued pursuit of perfection as a leading dining destination”, along with its efforts to “promote the sustainable development of Macau as a “Creative City of Gastronomy”.
