The Manor & The St. Regis Bar offer bespoke dining experience this month

The Manor and The St. Regis Bar at The St. Regis Macao in Cotai offer a range of bespoke dining experiences this month to celebrate the festive season, according to its recent statement.

The statement said that a four-course gourmet lunch featuring Marinated Hokkaido Trout and Pinched Agnolotti, priced at least 588 patacas, will be available on December 24 and 26 with a glass of sparkling Champagne, while on Christmas Day on December 25, Executive Sous Chef Michele Dell’Aquila will serve a table with appetisers, such as the Smoked Ōra King Salmon, Cappelletti, and a decadent table-side trolley carving service of Roast Norfolk Turkey, Baked York Ham and Beef Wellington, with a Christmas dessert buffet at up to 688 patacas per person for lasting Christmas memories.

Guest can luxuriate in a “quintessential” six-course dinner on December 24 and 25 featuring Sicilian Red Prawn, Jerusalem Artichoke, Agnolotti, Dover Sole, Akaushi Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and finish with the scrumptious Chestnut Garden at up to 1,288 patacas per person and 1,788 patacas per person for wine pairing by sommelier David Duan, the statement added.

The Manor will offer a six-course New Year’s Eve dinner on December 31 featuring Brittany Lobster, Parmesan Truffle Gnocchi and the delicious Chocolate Inspiration with persimmon ice- cream and gold leaf at a price of up to 1,288 patacas per person or 1,788 per person patacas with wine pairing, the statement said, adding that guests may also enjoy the “two take-home sets” crafted by The Manor team at the same prices.

According to the statement, a New Year’s Eve Champagne and oyster set at 198 patacas per person will be available at The St. Regis Bar on December 31 for an early New Year’s celebration.

Bring a friend or loved one to enjoy the Festive Afternoon Celebrations featuring a selection of freshly baked pastries, savoury bites, and assorted desserts, such as Spiced Cumberland Sausage Roll and Gingerbread Gougêre, which is priced at 538 patacas for two people and 728 patacas with two glasses of champagne, available at The St. Regis Bar from December 20 to January 2, the statement noted, which pointed out that a Buena Vista Countdown Party will begin at 8 p.m. on December 31 for guests to enjoy a four-course dinner and a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne, for 888 patacas per person.
