Welcome the new year at the JW Marriott Hotel Macau, which is offering a raft of experiences, a dinner buffet and a countdown party, the hotel said in a statement yesterday.
The statement noted that at the hotel’s Urban Kitchen, the Festive Dinner Buffet is exclusively available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, with culinary favourites such as chilled seafood including lobster and a premium selection of sashimi. The statement added that it also features two festive staples—Classic Roasted Turkey and Glazed Canadian Ham with Honey Orange—and is topped off with hot dishes such as Kanto Style Beef Sukiyaki and Traditional Pork Capela.
The buffet is priced at 688 patacas per adult and 345 patacas per child on December 31, while prices are 658 per adult and 330 per child on January 1. A party of three adults can get a special offer of 2,023 patacas plus a bottle of Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut Champagne NV.
Meanwhile, the “Shanghai, Shanghai” countdown celebration will be held at The Lounge, guests should be prepared to be “transported to The Bund at the height of its decadent heyday” and relive old Shanghai’s “splendour and glamour”.
The countdown party starts at 9 p.m. and will feature a live DJ and festive beverages. It is priced from 388 patacas per person and includes two glasses of champagne.
Table bookings are available with minimum charges starting at 888 patacas, while a Party Set Menu is priced at 1,388 patacas per set and includes a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV Champagne, Charcuterie and Cheese and a choice of four tapas. Rémy Martin cocktails can also be purchased throughout the evening.
The offers are available with different discounts. More details and enquiries can be made by calling 8886 6888.
