Wynn Resorts said in a recent statement that it will host prominent singer in the “Chinese music scene”, Richie Jen Hsien-chi, on the first stop of his “Miss You” 2023 Concert Tour.
Jen, from Taiwan, will perform two concerts one at 9 p.m. at Wynn Macau, while the second show will take place at Wynn Palace in Cotai tomorrow starting at 8 p.m., the statement noted.
Fans will be able to watch Jen, who performs a range of music styles, perform his classic ballads and rock songs. The statement said that Jen has released successful songs throughout his career, with hits such as “Too Softhearted”, “The Sad Pacific” and “Look Over Here, Girl”.
The statement added that Jen also recently surprised visitors in an interactive flash mob and gave out “Miss You” concert-themed macarons at Wynn Palace. The event drew “huge crowds” near the SkyCab entrance, according to the statement.
Jen’s producers for the latest concerts have worked hard behind-the-scenes, the statement noted, to create exciting visuals and have recompiled many of his classics for a “spectacular audio-visual performance” to be staged in a theatre-style setting at both properties.
Ticketing information can be found at www.ticketing.wynnresortsmacau.com or at the Concierge at Wynn Tower in Wynn Macau or at the Concierge at the Wynn Palace’s South Atrium Lobby.
Packages are also on offer for concert-goers and Wynn Insider members. More details can be found on the respective properties’ websites.
The statement said that the company has “consistently made a concerted effort to combine tourism with entertaining performances, culture and the arts, conferences and exhibitions, as well as sports events” which is in line with the government’s “tourism +” development strategy.
Wynn will continue to “create new ways” to attract tourists to boost economic diversification in Macau and solidify its role as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure”, according to the statement.
