Gaming resort operator Galaxy Macau said in a recent statement that restaurants at its property and StarWorld Hotel were recognised by the South China Morning Post’s (SCMP) 100 Top Tables.
Three signature restaurants were shortlisted in the guide, which comprises a committee formed by culinary experts and renowned gourmands of the dining industry, namely Hunan and Sichuan restaurant Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA at Galaxy Macau, and Lai Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau.
According to the statement, Feng Wei Ju, which has garnered the most awards of any Hunan and Sichuan restaurant in Hong Kong and Macau, is helmed by Star World Hotel’s Executive Chinese Chef Chan Chek Keong.
Moreover, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA was founded by two-Michelin-starred and two Black-Pearl-Diamond Executive Chef Riccardo La Perna, who showcases authentic flavours of his hometown Sicily, and his “dream team”.
