The Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) announced in a statement yesterday that non-resident workers (informally known as “blue-card” holders) can now register an account online on the Macao One Account mobile app.

According to the statement, non-resident workers (NRWs) can check and update their information on the Macao One Account, in order to make it convenient for NRWs to access important information such as their permission to stay.

The statement said that the Macao One Account currently offers more than 70 services and applications available for NRWs or other non-residents in Macau, including functions such as “My Health” and “My Tax”, as well as online queuing and appointment booking for service counters, appointments, and daily bill payments.

The SAFP and the Public Security Police (PSP) and the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) launched a two-day seminar yesterday to further introduce the new functions of the Macao One Account with the participation of about 160 people from local associations, employment agencies, medical institutions, property management, hotels and the banking sector.

For more information, members of the public can visit the “Macao One Account” website at https://www.gov.mo/app/  to view the promotional packs and tutorials on account opening.
