Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario said yesterday that he was “very satisfied” with the improvements CTM has made so far, while lawmaker-cum-businessman Chan Meng Kam said that most members of the legislature’s Public Administration Affairs Monitoring Committee were not entirely satisfied with the company.
The committee met government officials in the legislative chamber yesterday to discuss Macau’s telecom industry. As is customary, the meeting was closed to the media.
Rosario made the remarks on the meeting afterwards. He said: “I’m very satisfied [with CTM’s improvements]. Why? It’s because 80 to 90 percent of the concession assets have been clarified, and the financial accounts will be clarified next year as well.”
