The Public Security Police (PSP) said in a statement yesterday that they have fined a male non-resident worker (NRW) from Myanmar in his forties for walking around naked in the street.
According to the statement, in response to a video clip showing a naked man walking along Avenida de Horta e Costa that was circulated on social media platforms starting at 8:46 p.m. on Wednesday, PSP officers were dispatched to the scene, where they intercepted the man.
The suspect told the police that he had taken off his shirt after boozing earlier that day, claiming that he had forgotten why he ended up wandering the street completely naked.
