The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a man from the mainland on Tuesday on suspicion of at least three cases of pickpocketing on buses since the middle of last month.
PJ spokeswoman Lei Hong Nei announced the case in a special press conference yesterday.
Lei identified the suspect as a 43-year-old construction worker surnamed Huang.
It was not until Tuesday when the third victim caught the suspect red-handed stealing her wallet while on a bus that Huang was arrested, according to Lei.
