Health Bureau (SSM) Director Lei Chin Ion said yesterday his bureau was seeking legal advice on a complaint about an alleged breach of the Tobacco Prevention and Control Law at the Venetian in Cotai on Monday.
Lei made the remarks on the sidelines of a blood donation drive by the rank and file and officers of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Macau Garrison at their Zape barracks.
Lei said as the Venetian’s case was “a bit complicated” the bureau had launched an investigation into the matter, adding that the bureau would announce its findings as soon as possible.
