Award-winning singer-songwriter Bruno Mars is slated to hold a one-night-only concert at the roof terrace of MGM COTAI on January 6, according to an MGM statement earlier this week.
Offering an outdoor music experience, the integrated resort operator said that the concert, titled “The One & Only Night” Bruno Mars Concert, follows Mars’ sold-out shows at MGM Resorts’ Dolby Live Theatre in Las Vegas.
The statement noted that the musician is a 15-time Grammy Awards-winner and is set to host his signature high-energy performance against the backdrop of MGM COTAI’s award-winning “jewellery box” architecture.
Mars, the statement said, is famous for his versatile musical style that blends funk, hip-hop, and R&B. Some of his iconic songs are “Just the Way You Are”, “Uptown Funk”, “That’s What I Like” and “Wake Up in the Sky”.
The statement noted that the songs have achieved chart-topping success and significantly contributed to Bruno Mars’ achievements. “His exceptional talent has been acknowledged and celebrated in major award ceremonies; countless music critics have acclaimed him as the best male singer in pop music world”, the statement added.
