The MICHELIN Star Studded Dinner – “Timeless Gastronomy” is slated to take place tomorrow at The Grand Pavilion of the Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) integrated resort (IR) in Cotai, which will feature four distinguished chefs, each of them holding three MICHELIN Stars, for “a night of unparalleled gastronomic delight”, according to a recent statement by MICHELIN.
The dinner event, which features six-courses alongside wine pairing, is a collaboration between IR operator SJM Resorts and MICHELIN Guide, the statement noted.
The lineup of chefs at the event consists of Chef Julien Tongourian, who holds 3 MICHELIN Stars for his “gastronomic masterpieces” at Robuchon au Dôme at Grand Lisboa in the peninsula; Swiss Chef Sven Wassmer from the Memories restaurant in Switzerland, who is one of the youngest chefs to receive the three MICHELIN Star accolade; Japanese owner-chef of Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama, Hideaki Matsuo, who is a master of “ryotei”, the premium style of Japanese haute cuisine; and German chef Heinz Beck, who heads Rome’s only 3 MICHELIN Starred restaurant La Pergola.
The statement said that the chefs, who have diverse backgrounds and career paths, will bring their own speciality and culture to the table. More details on the event and its chefs can be found on https://guide.michelin.com/mo/en/event/michelin-guide-sjm-michelin-timelessgastronomy.
