The University of Saint Joseph (USJ), University of Macau (UM), and Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) are each slated to host their career fairs over the next two months.
USJ will be hosting its annual career fair today from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on its Ilha Verde campus, with a statement provided by the private Catholic university yesterday noting that over 1,000 job vacancies in areas such as banking and finance, hospitality, and education and training will be available to its students and alumni. Themed “Career Exploration”, over 20 enterprises, companies and organisations will be taking part in the one-day fair.
The following day, UM will host its on-campus “UM Career and Internship Fair 2024” until Friday. In a UM statement earlier this week, the public university said that 115 enterprises and organisations from various industries will set up recruitment booths, offering over 2,300 job opportunities. The two-day fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the last entry at 4:30 p.m. Students from local higher education institutions are welcome to bring their CVs along and wear formal attire for their job applications, the statement said.

The Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) held its career day earlier this month, according to the private university’s website.
