The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) said in a statement yesterday that local original fashion brands can now send in their applications to showcase products at next month’s “Macao Fashion Pop-up Store”, with the registration period open until Monday.
The statement noted that the applications are free of charge.
The pop-up store, according to the statement, will be set up at Galaxy Macau in Cotai from November 9 to 18, to be held in collaboration with integrated resort (IR) operator Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG). During the period, clothing and accessories from a raft of local original fashion brands will be showcased.
Chosen applicants, the statement noted, can present five to 10 types of products, with a minimum of three pieces from each type for sale and one piece for display, and sell them on consignment, with profits to go to the brand owners, the statement said.
The statement added that those interested may submit their applications either in person to the Cultural Affairs Bureau headquarters in Praça do Tap Seac or by emailing apply.DPICC@icm.gov.mo, all by 5:45 p.m. on the due date, Monday next week.
