National flags and flags of the Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) will fly at half-mast today to mourn the late chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress (NPC), and of the Standing Committee of the 11th NPC, Wu Bangguo, who died in Beijing on Tuesday, the Macau Government Information Bureau (GCS) said in a statement on Friday.
According to arrangements by the Central People’s Government, flags at MSAR Government Headquarters, as well as at Santa Sancha Government Guesthouse, at all border checkpoints, sea ports and the local airport will fly at half-mast today.
