The Marine and Water Bureau (DSAMA) demolished two dilapidated shipyards in Coloane’s Lai Chi Vun Village yesterday morning.
The bureau said in a statement at about 9:30 a.m. that it would demolish two shipyards, the conditions of which it described as “worse” than the other shipyards in the village.The statement was released at about the same time when the demolition began.
