Caritas Macau Secretary General Paul Pun Chi Meng yesterday urged residents to reach out to children who are neglected due to difficult family conditions.
Pun made the remarks on the sidelines of an International Children’s Day bazaar hosted by the Catholic welfare organisation at Flower City Garden in Taipa.
Pun said children whose parents are recovering from mental illness might sometimes be neglected.
