Activists from the New Macau Association (NMA) and the People Power group yesterday separately petitioned the Transport Bureau (DSAT) about the recent change to public bus route 25.

The groups’ signed petitions were received by a DSAT official in front of the bureau.

The terminus of route 25, originally in Hac Sa, has recently been changed to Coloane Village.

NMA Vice President Sulu Sou Ka Hou told reporters his group had collected nearly 600 signatures from residents and tourists. The group set up a booth in the Coloane Village and Hac Sa termini on Sunday last week.
