The government should speed up the diversification of Macau’s economic structure as soon as possible, Macau Civic Power (ECM) Chairwoman Agnes Lam Iok Fong said yesterday.
Lam, who is the assistant dean of the University of Macau’s (UM) Faculty of Social Sciences, made the remarks on the sidelines of a forum held by the Youth Committee of the Macau Citizens Federation at its headquarters in Iao Hon.
According to a statement by the federation, yesterday’s forum was about how young people should plan their career paths.
