The government will establish a complaints management mechanism for public servants, Executive Council (ExCo) spokesman Leong Heng Teng said yesterday.
Addressing a press conference at Government Headquarters, Leong said the council had finished discussing a by-law (administrative regulation) on the mechanism.
The council is the government’s top advisory body.
