A local man was attacked by a man with a knife yesterday morning in the Ginza Plaza shopping centre after a quarrel with the attacker, the Judiciary Police (PJ) said in a statement yesterday.
The statement identified the victim as a 31-year-old owner of a computer shop, surnamed Sitou.
According to the statement, the attack happened at 10:40 a.m. in the lobby on the ground floor of the high-rise in Rua de Pedro Nolasco da Silva. The victim was stabbed in the neck when he was on his way to his shop on the second floor of the building. The victim was injured and fell down. A security guard reported the case to the police.
