One of the 25 groups in the upcoming direct legislative election has objected to a decision by the Legislative Assembly Electoral Affairs Committee’s (CAEAL) on its list of candidates, the government-appointed committee announced in a statement yesterday.

The direct and indirect legislative elections will take place on September 17.

Amended information on all the groups running in the elections was posted at the Public Administration Building last week. Official representatives could refute the committee’s decision until yesterday.
