Healthy-ageing and digestive health were the topics this year at the “Herbalife Asia Pacific Wellness Tour” that took place in the city last week.
The tour was organised by the nutrition company Herbalife and Zhen-yu Chen, a member of the company’s Nutrition Advisory Board, was the guest speaker at the event, where the findings of the “Asia Pacific Healthy Aging Survey” was released.
Conducted by the company in March, the survey interviewed 6,000 people who are 40 or above from 12 Asia Pacific countries and regions.
The survery shows that most respondents over 40 years old have no confidence in dealing with ageing problems. Health problems related to ageing received the most concern among respondents, according to Herbalife.
