Fr. Canon Claudio Lo Kai Soi, known for his contributions to education and Chinese-Portuguese translations, passed away early yesterday morning after being rushed to the public Conde de Sao Januario Hospital Centre at 4 a.m., a member of the Macau Roman Catholic diocese told The Macau Post Daily last night.
A prayer service for Fr. Lo will be held at the Cathedral on Monday at 8 p.m. A funeral service for the general public will take place on Tuesday at 10 a.m., to be followed by a Mass at 11 a.m.
Fr. Lo will be buried at the Sao Miguel Arcanjo Cemetery.
