The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested an illegal immigrant from Vietnam on Tuesday for attacking a compatriot in 2015 which caused the victim to suffer a serious head injury, PJ spokesman Chan Cho Man said during a special press conference yesterday.
Chan identified the suspect as 30-year-old a man surnamed Nguyen.
According to Chan, Nguyen was caught by the Macau Customs Service when he illegally entered Macau again on Tuesday. The Customs Service transferred Nguyen to the Judiciary Police after identifying him as a man whom the police had been looking for since 2015.
