The trends for fashion retailer H&M in the coming months will follow the Swedish brand’s latest line which is Japanese-inspired minimalism with patterns and cutting to deliver a laid-back yet smart look that is suitable for work.
H&M has two Studio collections a year, which set the trend for its high-street stores. Its Studio Spring/Summer Collection will get its catwalk moment at Paris Fashion Week on February 28, after which the full collection will be available at the brand’s Causeway Bay store, or at its Tsim Sha Tsui store where only the women’s collection will be available. The full line will also be available on its online store from March 1.
The Studio Collection brings out an air of Japanese minimalism characterised by clean cuts and lines, with most items in white with a dash of orange-red here and there, bold prints, and dark green items, a collection that allows for glam and comfortable workwear.
