Yamazato Japanese restaurant at Okura is serving award-winning and rare sakes with an elaborately crafted kaiseki meal full of flavours on the plate and on the palette that will please patrons, whether they are first-time drinkers or savvy connoisseurs.
The Sake Pairing lunch and dinner, where staff will guide patrons through with the characteristics of each sake for each dish of the kaiseki meal, will be available only from March 23 to April 8.
The selection of sake paired with this meal come from two top breweries – Fukuchiyo Shuzo from the Sega prefecture and Sekiya Brewery from the Aichi prefecture.
