At a newly-opened steakhouse in town, Star Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco explains with enthusiasm the beef selection, the cut of the steak, the process of dry ageing the meat, and chimichurri, a staple sauce in every Argentinian household.
Grill 58 steakhouse at MGM Cotai is the latest project Colagreco is overseeing, among others: he has his own Mediterranean restaurant Mirazur in Menton, France, which has two Michelin stars and is currently ranked 4th on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, he has a hamburger chain called Carne (“Meat”) in Argentina, and also owns the famous brasserie/restaurant Grand Coeur (“Great Heart”) in Paris.
With these projects, Colagreco will only be present at Grill 58 three times a year, and he was recently in town for his second visit this year.
