Dump truck driver hurt by piece from concrete mixer: police

A dump truck driver was injured in an industrial accident at a concrete plant in the Pac On land reclamation area in Taipa yesterday afternoon, the police said.

In the UK and India, dump trucks are known as tipper lorries.

The plant owned by Macau Concrete Company Limited is located in Rua Heng Long in Pac On. The accident happened at around 4 p.m., according to the police.
