Three more states – Rwanda in central Africa, Togo in West Africa and Saint Lucia in the West Indies – are offering Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) passport holders visa-on-arrival entry, the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) announced yesterday.
According to a DSI statement, Rwanda offers MSAR passport holders entry by granting them a visa on arrival, or through an e-visa, for stay in the English- and French-speaking country for up to 30 days.
The Togolese Republic offers MSAR passport holders entry by granting them a visa on arrival for a stay of up to 7 days in the French-speaking country.
