The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) and the Macau Federation of Trade Unions (commonly known as Gung Luen) will jointly organise Macau’s first vocational skills competition for staff members of the city’s six gaming operators next week, Chan Kam Meng, the trade union’s chairman, announced during a press conference yesterday.
The press conference took place at the union’s headquarters in Patane district.
All the contestants are local employees who will take part in three contests – table game skills, housekeeping skills and cooking skills – of the 2019 1st Macau Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprises Vocational Skills Competition, Chan said.
