Casinos’ gross revenue from games of chance fell by 0.4 percent year-on-year to 25.84 billion patacas last month, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ) announced yesterday.
It was the second month this year that the casino sector’s gross gaming revenue declined year-on-year. In January, gross gaming revenue had dropped by 0.5 percent to 24.94 billion patacas.
Month-on-month, last month’s revenue rose 1.8 percent.
In the first quarter of this year, casinos’ gross gaming revenue dipped by 0.5 percent to 76.15 billion patacas.
