Two guest chefs from Conrad Seoul’s Zest restaurant are serving authentic Korean food at the Grand Orbit buffet restaurant in the local Conrad hotel.
Chef de Partie Yong Jun Kwon and Demi Chef Jeong Man Kim are in town for the Korean food promotion as part of the 100th anniversary celebrations of the world’s first global hotel company, Hilton, today.
Korean dishes that the chefs are preparing for the promotion include samgyetang (chicken soup with ginseng), ganjangsawoojang (soy sauce marinated raw prawns) and kalbigui (soy sauce marinated beef short ribs), in addition to a choice of kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine.
