HK man hides cocaine in false ceiling in hotel: police

The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a Hong Kong man on Sunday for taking and selling cocaine in Macau, which he had hidden in the false ceiling of his guestroom in a local hotel, according PJ spokesman Chan Wun Man said during a special press conference yesterday in Zape.

According to Chan, the 32-year-old suspect is surnamed Yu. He told the police that he works as a porter. He visited Macau with his 32-year-old girlfriend who is surnamed Chan. Both are from Hong Kong. She told the police she works as a sales assistant.

About a week earlier, Judiciary Police were tipped off about a drug case in which a Hong Kong drug trafficking gang had hired a Hong Kong man to sell drugs in Macau, according to Chan.
