Power utility CEM, which has been granted a concession for managing the city’s utility tunnels, will be tasked with coordinating with the city’s various other public utilities on the use of its utility tunnels, and also with carrying out real-time monitoring of the utility tunnels 24/7, according to the agreement signed between the government and CEM published in the Official Gazette (BO) yesterday.
