2 nabbed in Macau for sticking paper on wall

Two local residents in their twenties were taken to a police station yesterday for questioning after sticking paper on a wall, the Public Security Police (PSP) said in a statement yesterday, adding that the two are suspected to have breached the General Regulations Governing Public Places.

According to the statement, police officers were patrolling the city centre at about 2.30 p.m. yesterday when they saw two males sticking paper on a wall, and when searched they were found to be carrying a large number of pieces of paper.

The duo were taken to a police station for questioning, the statement said, adding that since both are suspected of illegally sticking paper on a wall in a public place, they could face criminal charges.
