The Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) said in a statement yesterday that it expects a project to install lifts at the three access points of the footbridge near Triangle Garden in Areia Preta district to get off the ground in the first half of next year.
The bureau unsealed bids submitted by 14 construction companies for the project yesterday. All bids were accepted.
According to the statement, the quotations proposed by the 14 bidders range from 13.65 million patacas to 23.94 million patacas.
