The Macau Catholic Diocese telecast last night’s Mass of the Lord’s Supper in three languages, Cantonese, Portuguese and English, conducted by Bishop Stephen Lee Bun Sang and other parish priests, in three churches starting at 8 p.m. simultaneously. The flock could attend Mass at home via their computers or smartphones with the links or QR codes provided by the diocese. A special arrangement for receiving the Holy Communion was held outside nine local churches from 9:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. The special measures were taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the diocese.
