St Regis’ The Manor offers a wealth of seafood extravagance

The latest evolution of The Manor’s Stories of the Sea – the Eighth Chapter – offering a wealth of seafood extravagance and showcasing the finest ingredients of seas of the world will be available now.

The six-course menu, crafted by Executive Sous Chef Michele Dell’Aquila has been designed to highlight the freshness of the seafood and tantalise the taste buds with exceptional flavour and texture.

Signature dishes of Stories of the Sea – the Eighth Chapter, include fresh Belon Oyster served with yuzu sorbet and tapioca passion fruit, and aged raspberry vinegar foam. The eighth iteration of the Stories of the Sea menu includes seared Sturgeon capped with Baerii caviar and a selection of rich side dishes featuring French ratte potatoes, followed by smoked Atlantic Mackerel with green beans, soaked in tuna fish broth and garnished with mackerel tartare and Oscietra caviar. The menu will also include a Rock Fish ‘Kasago’ and Mediterranean Sea Bass, and ending the meal with the dessert named Strawberry Sensation.

The Stories of the Sea – The Eighth Chapter set dinner menu is available from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and priced at 888 patacas per person, or 1,288 patacas per person with the paired wine package.
