The St. Regis Macao said in a recent statement that its restaurant The Manor presents a “Diamonds of the Kitchen” six-course Alba white truffle menu.
The statement said that The Manor is also launching its latest evolution of the Stories of the Sea – The Ninth Chapter highlighting exotic seafood from oceans worldwide at the same time.
According to the statement, the “Diamonds of the Kitchen” comprises Brittany Lobster, Burrata and Tomato with Truffle Caviar, Chestnut Ravioli in Truffle Consommé, Rhug Estate Smoked Wild Roe Deer Acquerello Risotto with Truffle Crutin Cheese, Mediterranean Turbot baked in cocoa crust with Calvisius Osietra Royal Caviar, slow cooked French Partridge dressed with Alba White Truffle or Japanese AKAUSHI A5 Sirloin with Bordelaise Truffle Sauce and Valrhona Manjari Chocolate with Chestnut Confit and Truffle Ice Cream. The statement noted that the “Diamonds of the Kitchen” six-course dinner menu is available until December and is priced at 1,888 patacas per person or 2,688 patacas per person with wine pairing.
Meanwhile, the statement said that The Manor has also launched the next chapter of the Stories of The Sea – The Ninth Chapter. This six-course menu has been designed to showcase the premium sea treasures and to tempt the palate with exceptional flavour and texture. Available from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and priced at 988 patacas per person or 1,488 patacas per person with wine pairing.
