SJM’s two high-end Chinese restaurants, Palace Garden of Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau and The 8 of Grand Lisboa Macau, join creative forces for the first time to present a “Collaborative Michelin Chinese Dining Experience”.
According to a recent SJM statement, Palace Garden at Grand Lisboa Palace and Grand Lisboa Macau’s The 8 will launch a limited-time, 6-course “Collaborative Michelin Chinese Dining Experience”, presenting a series of seasonal haute cuisine dishes such as Crystal King Tiger Prawns and Crispy Beef with The 8 Homemade Cream Sauce. The statement said that the exclusive menu is complemented by signature cocktails and mocktails; exceptional Chinese teas; as well as fine wines and champagnes including a vintage from Palace Garden’s special wine programme, “Twelve Beauties”.
The statement said that the “Collaborative Michelin Chinese Dining Experience” is priced at 1,388 patacas per person and it is only available tomorrow Sand on Sunday.
