The Conservatory at Sheraton Grand Macau is debuting three types of homemade rice dumplings, joining the celebration of the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival for the first time, a Sheraton statement said yesterday.
The statement noted that the savoury Premium Abalone Rice Dumpling is a must-try, which contains seasoned glutinous rice filled with abalone, Chinese mushrooms, salted egg yolk and roast pork belly, and is “bound to be a family favourite”.
Those more adventurous, the statement said, can try the Black and White rice dumpling with XO sauce, Conpoy, Morel mushroom and black truffles. Meanwhile, the Bird’s Nest and Red Bean Paste dumpling is a sweeter option.
The dumplings are available for dine-in until June 3 and are priced from 68 patacas, plus 10 percent service charge and five percent government tax, the statement underlined.
