Telecom operator CTM said in a statement yesterday that an exhibition entitled “PlayHub Expo 8” will be taking place at The Venetian Exhibition Hall D from today through Sunday, adding that being the sole telecom operator of the event, it has set up a sales booth to provide an array of telecom services and products during the exhibition.
The PlayHub Expo 8 is organised by Macau International Grand Event, and is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily with free admission.
The statement noted that the CTM 5G experience zone at the booth showcases multiple 5G experiences, such as 5G live stream and 5G speed test.
The statement said that during the three-day exhibition, visitors can enjoy various exclusive offers of telecom services and products, and a special discount will be offered to new subscribers of smartphone plans.
According to the statement, shoppers who subscribe to the “321” data service plan can enjoy the “privilege” of 20 GB of data at 148 patacas each month, which includes one year of a mainland number service and three months of CTM Safety Butler service for free.
Consumers who subscribe to the plan of 488 patacas per one Gpbs will be able to enjoy the special offer of the Oculus Quest 2 VR with CTM Wi-Fi butler and three months of CTM Safety Butler service for free, while new subscribers or upgraders will enjoy the special offer of 268 patacas per 300Mbps with CTM Wi-Fi Butler service, the statement said.
The statement added that guests can enjoy a 120-pataca rebate for a new autopay application with the Tai Fung CTM Credit Card.
More special privileges on standalone handsets and accessories and prepaid cards will be provided at the CTM booth, the statement noted.
