The Lusofonia Festival will kick off on October 21 at the Taipa-Houses Museum area, with a budget of three million patacas.
The annual festival is co-organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC), Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) and Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM).
