Integrated resort (IR) operator MGM has recently won six gold and four silver awards, as well as another “Employee Experience Awards Grand Winner” prize at the Employee Experience Awards 2024.
The statement said that Employee Experience Awards, which honour companies exceling in the HR (Human Resources) field, are organised by a “regionally renowned” HR media “Human Resources Online”, according to the statement.
The statement noted that the company stood out among 50 international companies as it again won the “Employee Experience Awards Grand Winner”. Meanwhile, the six gold awards it received were in the categories of “Best Employer Branding,” “Best Management Training Programme”, “Best Career Development Programme”, “Best Recruitment Innovation”, “Best HR Digital Transformation Strategy”, and “Best Rewards & Recognition Programme”, the statement said.
The four silver awards were for “Best Digital Learning Transformation”, “Best Learning and Development Programme”, “Best Recruitment Experience Strategy”, and “Best Family-Friendly Initiatives”, the statement added.
The statement said that last month, the integrated resort operator also again garnered the “BEST Award” from the Association of Talent Development, marking the third time that the company received the recognition for its achievements in training, career, and youth development.
MGM Human Resources Executive Vice President Wendy Yu was quoted by the statement as saying that “these accolades set a new milestone for us and are a testament to our world-class HR practices in fostering a caring and growth-orientated work environment. We are grateful for the unwavering support provided by the company and our dedicated leaders.”
