Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario said in the legislature’s hemicycle yesterday that the government will designate a plot on the land reclamation area known as Zone E1 for storing construction waste.
Rosario made the remarks when answering a question from indirectly-elected lawmaker-cum-unionist Lei Chan U, on the first of a two-day Q&A session about his portfolio’s policy guidelines for next year.
The six new land reclamation zones are officially known as A, B, C, D, E1 and E2.
