A local man was fatally injured by a bus while he was on a zebra crossing in Estrada Governador Nobre de Carvalho in Taipa yesterday.
The Public Security Police (PSP) noted that the deceased is an 80-year-old local man.
The fatal traffic accident happened at around 9 a.m. The victim was crossing the road on the zebra crossing, when he was hit by a Transmac bus. The driver of the bus reported the incident to the bus company, which in turn reported the case to the police.
